  • The EVANNEX Vinyl “T” Accents for Wheel Center Caps are made using 3M 1080 vinyl film—well-respected in the industry—designed and fabricated for strength, fade resistance, and long life. 3M vinyl films use specially designed adhesives which allow repeated surface placement and removal. The vinyl can be heated gently using a heat gun or hair dryer to increase pliability and adhesion.
  • The Tesla “T” Vinyl Accents for Wheel Center Caps measure 1.5″ W x 1.5″ L (38 mm W x 38 mm L) and come in a set of five (5) allowing one spare.
  • The shape of the Tesla “T” has been captured and basic surface parameters were fed into our CAD system for refinement. The finished shapes were then cut using a CNC vinyl cutter using software which enables translation of our CAD drawing onto the vinyl. All shapes are accurate to within 0.5 mm.
